Das Folgende ist Mende's erstes Werk, welches für eine ganze Wand (in einem Berliner Apartment) konzipiert wurde. Außerdem befindet sich erstmals beides gleichwertig nebeneinander: Seine abstrakten Formen und Zeichen zusammen mit seinen gegenständlichen Figuren:
The following is Mende's first work which was conceived for a whole wall (in a Berlin apartment). In addition, for the first time, both are on an equal footing: his abstract forms and signs together with his representational figures:
O seguinte é o primeiro trabalho de Mende que foi concebido para uma parede inteira (em um apartamento em Berlim). Além disso, pela primeira vez, ambos estão em pé de igualdade: suas formas abstratas e signos juntamente com suas figuras representacionais:
